This makes the telescope suitable for observing the moon , star clusters such as the Pleiades or the Orion Nebula. Saturn's rings or Jupiter and its moons can also be seen.

This tested solar filter not only allows the telescope to be used for nocturnal observation of the universe, but also enables safe observation of the sun. More specifically, it is a white-light solar filter that can be used to view sunspot movements , planetary transits , solar eclipses , and airplane flybys, etc.
