The Elinchrom ELC Pro HD 1000 charges in an impressive 1.2 seconds. To full effect! At lowest power, the charging time is an improbable 0.054 sec! The shooting pace can be fully adjusted to the subject, without the risk of black frames or unevenly exposed image sequences.

Extremely short burning time

Shortest burning time for the ELC Pro HD 1000 is a fantastic 1/5260 sec at output power 80Ws (Elinchrom scale 3.6). The combination of short burning time and high output results in razor-sharp images of fast-moving subjects.

Large effect range

The output can be controlled from 7Ws up to 1000Ws (Elinchrom scale 0.3 - 7.3). The difference between maximum and minimum strength is 8 f-stops. The ELC Pro HD 1000 handles everything from portraits with a shallow depth of field to product images with razor-sharp details on even large objects.

Setting light

The setting light is a full 300W. Choose between proportional mode with flash strength, free, max/min and off. In addition, the setting light can indicate when the flash has charged up to full power (VFC).

Multi-voltage

ELC Pro HD automatically adapts to incoming voltage, 90-265V, and power. Most external battery units, as well as voltage converters, can be used.

Wireless remote control from camera, computer and iOS smartphone

The ELC Pro HD has a built-in Skyport, which provides the opportunity for advanced remote control of the flashes. Via Skyport Transmitter Speed, the flash is triggered and regulated at a distance of up to 300 m. Complete with Elinchrom Bridge provides wireless communication between computer and flashes as well as iOS smartphone and flashes. Via Elinchrom Studio Software, you have a full overview of all the functions of the flash from the computer, while you can also control the flashes via the Elinchrom App in iPhone and iPad.

Eyecell slave function

A very clever feature of the ELC is the intelligent Eye-Cell slave function which can "read" the camera flash so that the ELC is triggered correctly.

Additional functions

The ELC Pro HD has features that mean unlimited possibilities for creative photographers.

Delay - Adjustable flash delay for synchronization at any time during the exposure. Combination of several flash units produces loads of effects.

Sequence - Link multiple flash units together for fast burst shooting. Up to 20 flash units, at full output power, can be connected. Because the flash units can fire in a continuous cycle, long bursts of images can be shot.

Strobe  - Gives a stroboscopic effect on the same frame.
